<p>The Department has a need to purchase inmate transport buses, ADA Compliant inmate transport buses and replacement parts and equipment for delivery to various institutions throughout the State. Previously, the Department purchased these buses through an ATC, which will expire soon. Parts and equipment were purchased through an informal quoting process or alternate contract sources approved by the Department of Management Services. </p>
