All quotes must be submitted in a plain, sealed envelope and must be clearly marked as: “ BIDS FOR MISCELLANEOUS CONCRETE, PROJECT NO. 2510. ” Please include a copy of your current insurance policy. At the time named above, such quotes will be opened publicly and will be acted upon by the City Council at a later date. Plans and specifications for such quotes are on file in the City Finance Office where the same may be examined. The right is reserved to reject any or all quotes, or any part of any quote, or to accept a quote other than the lowest in case it seems advisable to said City Council so to do. No person may withdraw his quote within thirty (30) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
