Print Bid Title: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS For Dispatch Center Console Furniture Category: Sheriff's Office Status: Closed Description: Campbell County Sheriff’s Office (“Sheriff’s Office”) is in the process of purchasing communications center console furniture for the Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center. The successful vendor agrees to provide the Sheriff’s Office with acceptable quality console furniture to meet expectations for performance, service, and workmanship. This Request for Proposals is to assist the Sheriff’s Office in identifying the best quality console furniture and service at a favorable price. Evaluation and selection of the console furniture and vendor will rely upon the quality of console furniture proposed, conformance to the specifications provided by the Sheriff’s Office, and the availability for the vendor to provide installation service in a timely and cost-effective manner. The lowest price supplier need not be selected. The Sheriff’s Office will choose, at its discretion, the best value overall that meets the requirements. Sealed proposals will be received at the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office, attention Sheriff Scott Matheny, 600 West Boxelder Road, Gillette, Wyoming 82718, until 2:15 p.m. (local time) on February 14, 2025, for furnishing the console furniture as specified in these proposal documents. Unless specifically stated, all vendors shall provide new commodities, fresh stock, and the latest model, design, or package. The proposal shall be exclusive of any Wyoming State Sales Tax.
