The project includes the complete construction of the courts within an approximate 130’ x 66’ area enclosed by a chain-link fence and associated gates, and sound attenuation panels, and installation of walking paths, drainage systems, rain garden, new trees, and restoration of disturbed lawn areas. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including set-aside (25% SBE and 6.25% M/W/DisBE) and non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO.
