Print Bid Title: Spearfish Bandshell CMAR Request for Proposals Category: Bid Opportunities Status: Closed Description: Request for Proposals City of Spearfish Bandshell REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of Spearfish is requesting a proposal from qualified firms that offer construction manager at-risk (CMAR) services. Services to be provided include pre-construction and construction services for a Bandshell structure located in Spearfish City Park, Spearfish, South Dakota. The City staff will review the proposals and make a recommendation to the Spearfish City Council for the final award of the contract. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the City of Spearfish administration office no later than 1:00 p.m., December 1, 2023. Proposals must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked as being for RFP – Spearfish Bandshell. The City of Spearfish reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and/or waive any irregularities during this process.
