Bids are due no later than March 30, 2026 – 11:00 AM EXACTLY, Pacific local time, at which time bids for the above referenced project will be opened and publicly read aloud. ITEM FOR BID: The City of Kenmore seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project referenced above. The work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct ADA compliant curb ramps and sidewalks where previously deficient. All bidding shall be based upon compliance with the Contract Plans and Contract Provisions. The estimated construction cost: $408,114.
