Print Bid Title: Request for Bids - CDBG Business Façade Grant Project - 15-19 Main Street, Belfast Category: Economic Development Status: Closed Description: REQUEST FOR BIDS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT BUSINESS FAÇADE GRANT PROJECT 15-19 MAIN STREET, BELFAST The owners of the building located at 15-19 Main Street, Belfast, Maine , seek qualified vendors to provide individual bids for the following services: Maintenance to the exterior of 15-19 Main Street, Belfast, Maine, including painting trim, installing building wrap, replacing rotting boards, siding replacement and gutter installation (the full bid package contains additional information regarding this scope of work). This work is partially funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Business Façade Grant and is subject to all federal and state requirements for this program. Davis-Bacon wage rates will apply for this project. The full bid package, which includes the complete and detailed scope of work, can be downloaded here (see under 'RELATED DOCUMENTS'), or it can be requested from Raegan LaRochelle at (207) 624-2668 or at . Bids submitted by e-mail or fax will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place immediately following the bid deadline and will be open to the public.
