Print Bid Title: Request for Qualifications - Library Space Study Category: Public Works Status: Closed Description: On behalf of the Board of County Commissioners, the Department of Public Works is seeking Requests for Qualifications from Architectural/Library Planning firms for the Campbell County Public Library Programming and Space Study. The Campbell County Board of Commissioners will retain a qualified architectural/library planning firm to provide programming for existing and future space needs for the Campbell County Public Library facility. The Campbell County Public Library is located at 2101 South 4-J Road in the City of Gillette, Wyoming. Firms wishing to be considered should request a qualifications package from Campbell County Public Works and submit the RFQ to the owner for evaluation by the selection panel. Qualifications package can be downloaded from the County website. Selection will be qualifications based with a negotiated scope and fee. It is anticipated that a contract for services will be considered by the County Commissioners on October 21, 2014. A draft report will be due to Public Works in January 2015, and a final report will be presented to the County Commissioners in February 2015. The Campbell County Board of Commissioners is not obligated by this announcement to award any contract.
