WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - Oakland The Department of Social Services is looking for approximately 18,707 nusf of office space in the City of Oakland plus parking spaces to Code. Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements.
