Description
NASA/Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO) is hereby soliciting information from potential sources for NASA Digital Engineering Windchill Migration Services.
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) ITPO is seeking capability statements from all interested parties, including all socioeconomic categories of Small Businesses and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)/Minority Institutions (MI) for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or small business subcontracting goals for NASA Digital Engineering Windchill Migration Services. The Government reserves the right to consider a Small, 8(a), Women-owned (WOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran (SD-VOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women-owned Small Business (EDWOSB) or HUBZone business set-aside based on responses received.
The purpose of the NASA Digital Engineering Windchill Migration Services contract is to migrate existing Center Windchill PLM systems into the Agency Multi-Center Windchill Cloud platform. The goal is to have a base contract to provide migration services to one NASA Center with options to perform additional migrations. Cost effective the options may be turned on before the completion of the base contract if it is cost beneficial to NASA. Please see the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for details.
Capability Statement Submission Requirements
- Submit a capability statement (maximum 15 pages) demonstrating the ability to perform all aspects of the requirement.
- Indicate any existing security clearances currently held.
- Indicate your firm’s current business size.
- Indicate typical or expected POP durations for this work.
- Provide relevant past performance for contracts similar in scope and complexity to the draft PWS, including:
- Contract number
- Contract name
- Description
- Total value
- Point of contact
- Provide an estimated pricing proposal for this requirement.
- Provide feedback on any perceived ambiguities or gaps within the Draft Statement of Work.
- Indicate whether the requirement is considered a commercial or commercial‑type product or service, in accordance with the definitions in FAR 2.101.
No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on SAM.gov. Interested firms are responsible for monitoring this website for the release of any solicitation or synopsis.
