Description

This solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Manila, Philippines will launch the solicitation for Supply and Delivery of Fuel for Generator Sets.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about 3rd week of February 2026. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation.

The Government intends to award the contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract/purchase order based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract/purchase order will be firm fixed price.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of offers. If you are not already registered, please start the registration process as soon as see this notice.
