This proposal involves a water flow/capacity feasibility study to ensure the new building sprinkler design parameters can be met connecting to the existing water system. The proposed feasibility study and building sprinkler design documents shall be reviewed and approved by the State of Vermont as they have the authority to require construction documents for all fire protection systems. Following approval of the feasibility study, the project will include the installation of all sprinkler system components. A walk-through tour of the facility will be available for all potential bidders from September 8, 2025, through September 10, 2025 and should be scheduled through John DeGuise 802-309-9232 or .
