Description
Enclosed is a Solicitation for procuring theExterior Façade and Window Cleaning Services in U.S. Embassy Jakarta. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The anticipated performance period is for one (1) base year plus four (4) option-years.
The offeror/quoter must operate an established business with licenses, permanent address and telephone listing in Jakarta, Indonesia or plans to establish an office in Jakarta, Indonesia within 30 days of contract award.
The Government is planning a site visit and pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference is in the solicitation.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
For a proposal to be considered, please follow section 3 of the RFP. Contractor must ensure to have NCAGE number and registered on SAM.gov. Proposal package are due by February 13, 2026. No proposal will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
