<p><strong>THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR BIDS OR PROPOSALS. PLEASE DO NOT</strong></p><p><strong>SUBMIT A BID OR “NO BID” REPLY. THIS IS A PUBLIC NOTICE POSTING OF AN</strong></p><p><strong>AGENCY DECISION FOR A SINGLE SOURCE PURCHASE PURSUANT 287.057, F.S.</strong></p><p><strong>It is the Agency’s intended decision to award this Single Source to SeaTox.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The Contractor/Vendor must warrant that it has the capability in all</strong></p><p><strong>respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and</strong></p><p><strong>reliability that will assure good-faith performance as a responsible vendor,</strong></p><p><strong>and that the Contractor/Vendor shall comport with Chapter 287, F.S., and all</strong></p><p><strong>other applicable rules and laws. Failure to file a protest within 72 hours, the</strong></p><p><strong>time prescribed in Section 120.57(3),&nbsp;F.S., shall constitute a waiver of</strong></p><p><strong>proceedings under Chapter 120 F.S.</strong></p>
