Equipment specifications can be obtained from the Finance Office of the City of Morgantown, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505, by phone at (304) 284-7419, or online at www.morgantownwv.gov. All submissions must be sealed and clearly marked “BID 2018-04”. All bids must be submitted by December 15, 2017, 10 a.m. to the Finance Office of the City of Morgantown, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505, at which time bids will be opened and read publicly in City Council Chambers. A Five Percent (5%) “Bid Bond” (refundable) is required from entities submitting a bid for this project.
