Description
The proposed purchase is generally described as follows: to supply the Northern Kentucky Water District and Boone County Water District (collectively, “Owners”) with an estimated amount of 42,000 feet of 3⁄4-inch type K soft copper (100’ coils) and 6,800 feet of 1-inch type K soft copper (100’ coils), as described in the Bid Disclosure Form and other Bid Documents. The Owners may make a one-time purchase based on the unit pricing bid. The Owners may also award standing vendor contracts for a one-year period. Pricing under the standing vendor contracts will be based on daily quotes provided by the standing vendors as requested by Owners. Freight shall be included in the bid price and daily quotes. All deliveries are to be made to the Northern Kentucky Water District at 2835 Crescent Springs Road, Erlanger, KY 41018 or to the Boone County Water District at 2475 Burlington Pike, Burlington, KY as specified in the Purchase Orders. Deliveries shall be F.O.B. destination.
