Description
The Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) is seeking information from qualified vendors capable of providing managed services for all applications within its Oracle PeopleSoft environment (Core-CT) hosted in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The goal of entering a managed service agreement is to supplement internal resources with vendor expertise. Ideally, vendor resource levels will fluctuate throughout the year to align with business cycles and workload demands. OSC is also interested in a staffing model that will assist in solving complex and urgent technical infrastructure issues such as system performance degradation, network issues, security incident response, disaster recovery operations. Providing PeopleSoft system enhancements, PUM and People Tools patching and proactive participation in overall security and compliance activities.
