Bidders are requested to submit their proposal to the City Clerk’s Office , 131 Church Street, Belfast, Maine 04915, on or before 10:00 a.m., June 30, 2021 at which time bids will be publicly opened. The City of Belfast is exempt from taxes; therefore bids should exclude such taxes. Federal excise certification shall be executed upon request of favorable bidder. The City of Belfast reserves the right to waive any formality or technicality. The award of the bid may be based on price, quality and/or service.
