Print Bid Title: Colchester Stormwater Spot Repairs 2026 Category: Construction Status: Open Description: The Town of Colchester is requesting separate sealed BIDS for the 2026 Stormwater Spot Repairs Project, which includes stormwater work at four locations in Colchester in accordance with these contract documents and the Town of Colchester Department of Public Works Specifications and Standards, effective date of November 12, 2019. The summarized scope of work for each location is below. Full scopes of work, details, and plans are included in Appendix C. 1. CV 6305 – Hercules Drive Culvert Replacement 2. DP 6316 – Hercules Drive Culvert Replacement 3. Cobbleview Drive Catch Basin and Pipe Installation 4. DP 5605 – Nice Way Pipe Investigation An optional pre-bid meeting will be held via Zoom on March 10, 2026 at 2:00PM using the following link. https://us06web.zoom.us/j/86823980680 · Questions related to the bid package are due to Alex Kubala via email at by end of day on March 18, 2026. · An interpretation will be issued to prospective BIDDERS at the addresses given by them by March 20, 2026 at 10:00AM. · Bids will be received by Alex Kubala at the Town of Colchester, 781 Blakely Road, Colchester, VT 05446 until March 24, 2026 at 9:00am and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Each BID must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the OWNER for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A BID bond may be used in lieu of a certified check. A Performance BOND each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required. (40 CFR §31.36(h)) All bidders must notify Alex Kubala on their intent to bid so they can be placed on a Bidders List to receive the contract documents, any issued addenda, or other pertinent information.
