The purpose of this RFP to solicit proposals from qualified consultants or firms (also referred to as Proposers, Vendors or Contractors) that have expertise and experience in analyzing the demand for public transit service to airports and in designing, evaluating and piloting ground transportation service plans . Experienced persons and/or firms or teams, are invited to submit proposals in response to this RFP ( RFP #23-01 ) to Bruce Abel, Interim Transit Director , with copies to Charlotte Frei, Regional Transportation Planning Administrator and Hanna Sjoberg Bonar, START Service Planning, Marketing and Grants Coordinator at up to but not later than 10 am MST on February 21, 2023. Each Proposer shall submit a response according to the format described in this RFP and a price proposal for this project.
