Print Bid Number: RFP 20-04 Bid Title: Wastewater Treatment Plant Storage Garage Category: Bid Opportunities Status: Closed Description: Request for Proposals: Town of Jackson’s Wastewater Treatment Plant Storage Garage The Town of Jackson, Wyoming, will receive electronic proposals in PDF format, via email to the Facilities Manager up to, but not later than August 1, 2019 at 2:00 PM MST for the turn-key construction of an approximate 4,900 sq-ft Storage Garage. The Public Works Department is requesting proposals for the design and installation of a storage garage at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, 5450 Ricks Road, Jackson, WY. This includes the complete design-build construction and all general services for this project. A “fixed price request for proposal” means a request for a written presentation of all pertinent project qualifications, a schematic design and detailed descriptions of proposed materials and products for the project. The successful respondent shall design and construct the project for a fixed price. The successful respondent will be responsible for all drawings (permitting, engineering, etc.), licenses, insurance and bonding. The final guaranteed maximum price and scope for the project may be altered by negotiation with the successful respondent at the Owner’s discretion. The fixed price request shall good for Ninety (90) days pursuant to final contract. Pre-submittal questions shall be submitted no later than July 29, 2019, at 1:00 PM MST , to the Facilities Manager.
