Print Bid Title: Request for Proposals for Natrona County Detention Center Roof Project Category: Board of County Commissioners Status: Closed Description: The Board of Natrona County Commissioners are accepting sealed proposals for Natrona County Detention Center Roof Project. There will be a pre-bid meeting and walk through on January 31, 2024 at 10:00 am. To submit a proposal: Obtain a proposal packet from the BOCC Office: 200 N. Center St., STE 211, Casper, WY 82601 or download the packet. Prepare a proposal in accordance with the RFP Attend the pre-bid meeting and walk through at 1100 Bruce Lane Submit a proposal in a sealed opaque envelope labeled PROPOSAL FOR: NATRONA COUNTY DETENTION CENTER ROOF PROJECT (LOCATION: 1100 BRUCE LANE) to BOCC Office, 200 N. Center St., STE 211, Casper, WY 82601 no later than 10:00 am on February 14, 2024. On February 14, 2024 at approximately 10:15 am, the BOCC or its agent will publicly open properly submitted proposals, read the proposals aloud, and record each proposal. Proposals received after the deadline or a proposal that is not in a sealed opaque envelop properly labeled will not be opened or considered. Natrona County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to negotiate any terms in the best interest of the County, and to accept the bid in its best interest of the County. Prior to the deadline to submit proposals, the BOCC or its agent may issue an addendum(s) to this RFP. Any such addendum is deemed part of this RFP.
