Interested and qualified individuals or firms are invited to submit a bid outlining their qualifications. Bids for “CCJJC Snow Removal” will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. local time on October 16, 2025. Fax or e-mail submittals will not be accepted. Proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened. If you have questions, please contact Converse County Special Projects at 307-358-1990. Bids are to be delivered to the Converse County Courthouse c/o Special Projects, 105 N. 5th Street, Suite 114, Douglas, Wyoming 82633. The Converse County Joint Justice Center Joint Powers Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. The Board reserves the right to waive any irregularities or technicalities in the submittals as it deems appropriate to best serve the public interest. It is anticipated the Board will review the Bids and enter into an Agreement with the selected firm by October 23, 2025, pending board approval.
