The scope of work is to demolish both structures and haul away any demolition debris and assorted junk on both properties to an approved disposal site. Remove and fill in any foundation holes and septic tanks and cap any utilities on site. Hay and/or mulch disturbed areas. Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “City of Belfast – Patterson Hill Demo Project” Bidders are requested to submit their proposal to the Code and Planning Office Office, 131 Church St, Belfast, Maine 04915, on or before 10:30 a.m. Feb. 1, 2021 at which time bids will be publicly opened. The City of Belfast is exempt from taxes, therefore bids should exclude such taxes. The City of Belfast reserves the right to waive any formality or technicality. The award of the bid may be based on price, quality, and/or service.
