Additional adjacent property owned by the city is available upon request and may be included as part of any proposal. Proposals must be submitted by hard copy. Please submit 7 copies of the proposal to: City of Bismarck, Attn: Bill Wocken, 221 N 5th St., Bismarck, North Dakota 58506-5503. Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on May 31, 2011. Questions may be e-mailed to Mr. Bill Wocken at the following e-mail address . Bid packets containing detailed information regarding the property are available. All questions and answers will be copied to each firm holding a bid packet. Bid packets are available electronically or in hard copy upon request to Bill Wocken at the above contact locations or by calling 701-355-1300.
