Print Bid Title: Sale or Lease of the Northern Plains Commerce Centre Transload Facility Category: Administration Status: Closed Description: The City of Bismarck is seeking proposals from qualified developers, businesses, or individuals to purchase, lease or lease with the option to buy, the property generally known as Northern Plains Commerce Centre (NPCC) Transload Facility (the Facility). Additional adjacent property owned by the city is available upon request and may be included as part of any proposal. Proposals must be submitted by hard copy. Please submit 7 copies of the proposal to: City of Bismarck, Attn: Bill Wocken, 221 N 5th St., Bismarck, North Dakota 58506-5503. Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on May 31, 2011. Questions may be e-mailed to Mr. Bill Wocken at the following e-mail address . Bid packets containing detailed information regarding the property are available. All questions and answers will be copied to each firm holding a bid packet.
