<p>The St. Johns River Water Management District (the “District”) is seeking proposals from qualified Firms to provide visual, quantitative, archivable, georeferenced aquatic habitat monitoring and mapping data, analyses, and reporting of designated District springs and their associated spring runs on a rotating schedule every three years (at most) (the “Work”). Minimal characteristics to be included in the proposal are: flora, channel morphological characteristics, water quality, fauna, identification of restoration areas, and identification of physical impacts.</p>
