Description

Texas Tech University (“TTU”) is seeking competitive Responses to an RFP to provide Specialty Brand Merchandise (“Products”) and design and fabrication of Products (“Services”) upon request. TTU intends to award a Contract to one (1) or more qualified Proposer(s) under a supplemental master Contract. Proposer(s) currently under solicitations RFP 2022-1028 and RFP 2024-1111 do not need to submit to this supplemental solicitation. TTU is issuing this solicitation to expand the vendor pool as a result of increasing demand for Products and Services. Any Contract resulting from this RFP shall be non-exclusive and shall be awarded with the understanding and agreement that it is for the sole convenience of TTU. The pricing shall apply to all TTU departments. TTU reserves the right to obtain like Products and Services from other sources; therefore, selected Proposer(s) will not be guaranteed a minimum or maximum number of Product and Service requests. Proposers are NOT required to offer all Products or Services to submit a Proposal and be considered for Award.
