OpensClosesStatus2/12/20263/13/2026Open Clean Water Services (District) intends to hire a consultant to provide municipal advisory services. Invited consultants must submit proposals. Proposal requirements are in this document. The consultant selected by District will enter into a five-year Contract for Professional Services (Contract) with District. Proposal Documents Due: 4:00:00 p.m., Friday, March 13, 2026. Proposals for this Request for Informal Proposals (RFIP) must be submitted to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist, electronically via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/5696_Rfip_Municipal_Advisory_Services(Bid Locker) by Friday, March 13, 2026, at 4:00:00 p.m. local time. Late proposals or proposals that are faxed, mailed or emailed will not be accepted. Before contractors can submit their proposals, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Proposals will not be opened publicly nor read aloud. Copies of the RFIP can be downloaded from Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/5696_Rfip_Municipal_Advisory_Services. It is the Consultant's responsibility to refer daily to Bid Locker’s website to check for any available amendments or addenda, responses to inquiries or questions, cancellations, or notices of intent to award, and any and all information regarding this opportunity.
