Description

The project consists of: the reconfiguration and construction of an approximate 130-space surface parking lot in front of the terminal building. The project includes the reclamation of the access road and approximately 70,000 square feet of the existing parking lot. New bituminous concrete pavement will be placed on the reclaimed surfaces. The remaining paved parking area will be permanently removed and replaced with grass. The project also consists of curbing, drainage, utilities (water, sewer and gas) site lighting, landscaping, EV charging stations and other site amenities. The contract time for completion of all work is within One-Hundred and Eighty (180) calendar days from the date specified in the “Notice to Proceed”.
