Description
The Meriden Public Library is requesting Category Two internal connections services for the replacement and configuration of network switches and access points, including redundant power supplies, stacking cables, fiber uplinks, minor cabling repairs, and five-year Meraki licensing or equivalent. The Applicant will work with the awarded bidder to specify items per site within the Applicant’s ERate category two budget for E-Rate FY2026/27. The Applicant reserves the right to purchase some, all, or none of the products and services awarded under this contract for E-Rate FY2026/27 and subsequent E-Rate funding years covered by the agreement. Proposers are requested to include all necessary installation and configuration, cabling, licenses, connectors, components, shipping and handling and any other applicable fees.
