Description
The United States Department of the Interior, National Park Service (NPS), Mount Rainier National Park (MORA) is seeking firm-fixed price offers for a single contractor to provide cleaning and janitorial services as listed in the attached scope of work.in this request for quote (RFQ 140P836Q0028). The tasks shall include all labor/supplies/equipment necessary to clean housing under a single firm fixed-price purchase order. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 effective October 1, 2025. This RFQ is a total (100%) small business set-aside, under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, ¿Janitorial Services¿ with a size standard of $22.0 (Million). Any resulting purchase order will include commercial provisions and clauses (FAR Part 12). The Government intends to make a firm fixed price, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), best value award to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is found to be the most advantageous to the Government, price and specifications being considered.
**The purpose of this amendment P0001 is to provide an UPDATED scope of work, attach a list of NPS approved supplies for use and a list of questions and answers. There are no other changes.**
