Print Bid Title: Residential SW Management Incentive Program Category: Current Requests for Quotes, Proposals and Bids Status: Closed Description: In 2022, the City of Burlington, in partnership with Lake Champlain Sea Grant, the University of Vermont, Fitzgerald Environmental Associates, and Just Water Consulting, launched the BLUEbtv Residential Stormwater Incentive Pilot Program. The aim of the program is to incentivize via rebates the installation of small-scale green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) in accordance with the City’s Chapter 26 Ordinance and state Long Term Control Plan and MS4 Permit requirements to reduce stormwater runoff and phosphorus loading from private properties and to provide stormwater education to Burlington residents. The City of Burlington is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to procure program design and implementation services to build upon the results and momentum of the pilot program. The chosen organization will be a collaborative cost-sharing partner, supplementing and supporting City staff by providing services in the design and day-to-day implementation of the program. In addition to being qualified in the field of program design and implementation, successful candidates must be familiar with and able to comply with all relevant City of Burlington Ordinances, as well as Vermont and federal environmental laws and regulations. FAQ
How do I use the Market Snapshot?
It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
