NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for purchase and installation of the following: Drayton Harbor Road Landslide Repair, CRP No. 923001 UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, April 7, 2026 At which time and place the bids will be opened (virtual via Zoom), and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested persons are invited to watch the virtual bid opening via Zoom. Late submittals will not be considered. Whatcom County Public Works requests bids for the Drayton Harbor Road Landslide Repair project, CRP No. 923001. The construction contract includes tieback soldier pile retaining wall construction, concrete moment slab and traffic barrier construction, waterline relocation, stormwater improvements, HMA paving, and landscape restoration., and other work, as further described in the bid documents.
