Description
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division is seeking responses on behalf of the OSDE from potential vendors to provide a contract to train first year special education directors in Oklahoma Public School Districts and to ensure the implementation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) at the district level. The vendor will provide mentorship and training to first year Special Education Directors in Oklahoma, per the federal regulations under the IDEA to ensure that all personnel necessary to carry out Part B of the Act are appropriately and adequately trained (34 CFR §300.207), allowable under 34 CFR§300.704.
