Description
Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform property sweeping and pressure washing services at the Norco DMV (approximately 95,832 total square feet of property that includes approximately 75,401 square feet of paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles) for the term of this Agreement at the Norco DMV Field Office 3201 Horseless Carriage Drive, Norco, CA 91760 A. Property Sweeping: The Contractor shall perform services during non-DMV business hours Two (2) times per week, on Tuesday, and Thursday, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. B. Property Pressure Washing: The Contractor shall perform services during non-DMV business hours one (1) time per month, on the first (1) weekend of the month, between the hours of Saturday at 12:00 a.m. to Monday at 6:00 a.m.
