Print Bid Title: City of Fremont Police Station and Dispatch Center Category: Bid Opportunities Status: Closed Description: The City of Fremont, Nebraska is seeking a qualified architectural firm, experienced in the design of municipal police stations, to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for preliminary design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding services and construction administration/inspection services for a new police station and dispatch center. All respondents to the RFP must ensure that the submittal is received by the date and time specified herein. Proposals will be accepted at the City of Fremont, City Clerk Office, 400 East Military Ave, 2nd Floor, Fremont, NE 68025 until 2:00 p.m. (CST), December 1, 2023. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, to negotiate with any qualified firm, modify or cancel in part or in its entirety the Request for Proposal, if it is in the best interest of the City. The City further reserves the right to award the contract to the firm who, in the judgement of the City, will best serve the interests of the City. The release of this RFP and proposal review process does not require the City to select any of the proposals received and move forward with the award of a contract nor commit the City of Fremont to pay any costs incurred in preparation of the proposal for this request.
