Description
The solicitation seeks proposal from a qualified Offeror to market and administer a Sponsor-A-Highway Program to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), as set forth in this RFP. The contract period will be from the Date of Fully Executed Resulting Agreement through three (3) years, with up to two (2) one-year renewal periods or any portion thereof. MoDOT will receive proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If an Offeror intends to submit a hard copy proposal, the buyer of record, Logan Wilbers, must be notified five (5) days before the solicitation closing date via email at logan.wilbers@modot.mo.gov. MoDOT will not accept bid responses by email.
