Bid ITB #1100 - IPEMA Playground Mulch with delivery.

This is an ALL or None bid. All questions must be submitted through public purchase and the deadline for questions is March 13th at 12:00 PM. After this date and time, no questions will be answered. Upon awarding of this bid, the purchase order will serve as the contract for services rendered. This purchase order is subject to CCS Purchase Order/General Terms & Conditions which are incorporated herein by this reference and which are posted for review in the attached file, at http://www.ccsoh.us/Vendors, or by calling (614) 365-5820. Upon awarding this bid, the District maintains the right to monitor contract performance. Columbus City Schools has established an Outreach Program to increase participation of businesses designated as Local Economically Disadvantaged Enterprises (LEDE). The Board of Education (BOE) has established an aspirational goal of 20% participation by business designated as LEDE. Vendors are strongly encouraged to use a good faith effort to support the BOE in achieving the Districts LEDE participation goals. The Columbus City Schools is requesting IPEMA certified playground mulch with delivery to 32 sites. The quantities will vary from 30 cubic yards to 240 cubic yards. Not all sites will be semi accessible. Delivery maps of the drop locations will be available to the winning bidder. Winner bidder must show IPEMA certification document for material. All the mulch (except the 200 yards to the Smith Road facility) is to be delivered in a 3 week period starting July 1, 2026. All mulch is to be dumped on paved surfaces. Columbus City Schools will self perform the installation of the material. Installation of the mulch shall not be included in this bid. Enter total cost for the bid, not the price per cubic yard.
