Description
The Department of Human Services (“DHS”), is seeking a contractor or contractors to provide Outpatient and Emergency Care Services, as defined in Section III.B, for the Bureau of Juvenile Justice Services (“BJJS”), South Mountain Secure Treatment Unit (“SMSTU”) located at, 10056 South Mountain Road, South Mountain, Pennsylvania 17261.
DHS will award Contracts to all responsible and responsive bidders within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania located within a 15-mile radius of the SMSTU facility. Selected Contractors shall be equipped to facilitate all consumers of SMSTU.
