This location will provide direct access to the primary taxiway and will be fully within the secure perimeter of the airport. The building will house parking spaces for 23 vehicles, including Multi-Task Equipment (MTE), plows, blowers, and loaders, as well as office and support spaces for airport maintenance staff. The new site will also have a new fuel island and separate material storage building to hold sand and runway de-icing materials. Sealed Bids will be received at the Office of the Director of Aviation, Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport, 1200 Airport Drive, #1, South Burlington, VT 05403 until 10:00 AM, local time, Tuesday, December 30, 2025 and there, at said office, at said time, be confirmed and acknowledge, in person, the opening of bids shall be conducted and read aloud in the Wright Room on the second floor in the Burlington International Airport terminal building. Deadline for submissions has been updated to January 9, 2026 at 10am.
