In accordance with the Federal Procurement Regulations found in 2 CFR Part 200.319, which establishes standards for the procurement of property and services involving the expenditure of Federal Funds, the City hereby requests written proposals from qualified individuals and planning consulting firms to provide professional services in the design, planning, and implementation of the City's FY 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027 CDBG Program, as well as other community development and housing activities, assuming CDBG funding is appropriated and funds allocated during this period. The specific services requested by the City of Morgantown are detailed in the Request for Proposals {RFP). A copy of this RFP document may be obtained from the City of Morgantown' s Development Services Department, 430 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505, Telephone 304-284-7479 (telephone) or 304-284-7512 {TDD) during normal business hours.
