Print Bid Title: Franklin County Courthouse Elevator Modernization Category: Buildings and Grounds Status: Open Description: Franklin County is accepting sealed bids for the modernization of the existing hydraulic elevator at the Franklin County Courthouse. The project consists of providing all materials, labor, permits, tools, and subcontracted work necessary to complete a turnkey elevator modernization project. Work includes replacement of common failure points on doors and installation of non-proprietary equipment, with all components, software, and tools becoming the property of the County upon completion. All work must comply with applicable elevator and building codes and be completed by December 15, 2026.
