Description
Contractor agrees to provide all labor, tools, vehicles, supplies, materials, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide recycling and composting pickup, hauling and disposal services, and associated costs, fees, and taxes, including the implementation and management of a recycling and waste reduction program to Caltrans. The services shall be performed at Caltrans¿ District 4 Office Facility, located at 320 22nd Street, Oakland, CA 94612. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB, for a more complete description of services.
