Description
The City of Bismarck requests written proposals from quality, experienced airport terminal advertising and display concessionaires with capabilities required for airport terminal advertising. Proposals will be received by the City at the Airport Administration Office, 2301 University Drive Bldg #17, Suite 225B, Bismarck, North Dakota, until 4:00 PM CDT, Monday, March 9, 2026.A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference has been scheduled for February 18, 2026 at 10:00AM CST. At least one representative from each proposing firm must attend in-person. It will be held in the Airport Administration Conference Room on the 2nd floor of the Bismarck Airport Commercial Passenger Terminal, 2301 University Drive, Building #17, Room 225B, Bismarck, ND 58504. The purpose of the conference will be to discuss the requirements and objectives of this RFP and answer any questions of potential proposers.
