The Child Care Resource and Information Network (CCRAIN) is the Department's Child Care policy system, which includes, but is not limited to, child care regulations, desk reference guides, management letters, and legal opinions for child care regulators. The goal is to provide child care provider training for the knowledge and skills needed to promote a safe, healthy, nurturing, and stimulating environment for each child in child care pursuant to §402.305(2), Florida Statutes.</p>
