Print Bid Title: Requests for Qualifications and Proposal For Construction Management at Risk Services Category: Town Wide Bids and RFPs for Falmouth, Maine Status: Open Description: The Town of Falmouth, Maine is soliciting qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk (CM) to provide additions and renovations to the existing Public Works facility at 101 Woods Road– see included schematic floor plans for more information. The Construction Manager at Risk (CM) responsibilities will include providing pre-construction estimating and constructability services and full management of the construction process including bidding of construction documents to pre-qualified subcontractors, on site construction management services, and final close out of the project. The project consists of renovations to the existing 15,000 sf building, site improvements, and approximately 17,000 sf of new additions. The project will be located on the current public works site. The estimated total project cost passed in a bond referendum is $13,700,000. This includes both hard costs and soft costs. The architect for the project, Port City Architecture of Portland, has completed a conceptual design that will be used as the basis of the initial cost estimate. The final presentation package is attached as Exhibit 1 to this RPQ/RFP. Questions may be submitted to . Questions must be received by February 23,2026.
