IFB No. 126364 Air Compressor Preventative Maintenance, Camp Roberts

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide preventative maintenance repairs, and testing for air compressors at 7 locations. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov. Subject line must include the IFB No. 126364, Air Compressor Preventative Maintenance and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MAY attend the optional pre-bid job walk on 3/3/2026, at 10:00 AM at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, San Miguel, CA 93451. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Nicole Jackson at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type D-21 - Machinery and Pumps license. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Nicole Jackson at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 3/10/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 126364.
