Bidders are required to incorporate all necessary changes, additions, or deductions in their proposal. CHANGE: 2.1.3.1 Engine Governing The engine governor shall be an electronic Engine Control Module (ECM) with 24-volt DC Electric Actuator. 3.1 Installation Install equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations, the project drawings and specifications, and all applicable codes. CHANGE TO: 2.1.3.1 Engine Governing The engine governor shall be an electronic Engine Control Module (ECM) with 12-volt DC Electric Actuator. (The remaining language in 2.1.3.1 remains the same). 3.1 Installation of equipment will be deleted. Equipment will be delivered to The Department of Water, County of Maui base-yard, at 614 Palapala Drive, Kahului, Maui, Hawaii.
