The limits of Phase 2 shall be from approximately Eastbrook Drive to 12 th Street South. The project will consist of concrete pavement with possible asphalt alternate, curb & gutter, fillet, valley gutter, sidewalk, and storm sewer inlet and pipe removal & replacement, potential subgrade modifications, easement acquisition, traffic signal replacements, new traffic signal installation, traffic control plan, and incidentals to complete the project. Special Requirements: Proposers must submit one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy of the proposal, preferably on a USB or similar media device, and a project cost proposal, in a separate sealed envelope, no later than 5:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, April 28, 2022.
