Print Bid Title: Software & Implementation Services for Work Mgmt System & Customer Relationship Mgmt System Category: Administration Status: Closed Description: Advertisement for Proposals The City of Bismarck, North Dakota will receive separate sealed proposals for the following item at the office of the IT/GIS Manager. Proposals will be received and publicly acknowledged at the location, date and time stated below. Only the name of the proposers responding to this request for proposals shall be read aloud. Proposal Title: Software and Implementation Services for Work Management System (WMS) and Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) Submission Deadline: March 11, 2016 The City of Bismarck, North Dakota seeks proposals from qualified vendors for a Work Management System (WMS) and Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) as well as system implementation services. The scope of this request will include, but is not limited to: an implementation project plan, implementation methodology, communication plan, project change management plan, software customization plan, system interface plan, and data conversion plan, implementation testing plan, quality assurance plan, pre- and post- implementation support plan, and a training plan. The proposer shall also provide project management resources leading to the successful implementation of the system. Criteria for selection will be based on price, experience, level of fit of the proposed system based on the City’s functional and technical requirements, implementation approach, service and support. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with the Request for Proposals and will be led by in-house project and evaluation teams. Product demonstrations and vendor reference checks will also be used to select a vendor. The Request for Proposals may be obtained beginning Friday, February 12, 2016 in the office of the IT/GIS Manager located in City/County Building at 221 N. 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota 58501. The documents are also available on the City’s website at www.bismarck.org on the “Bids and RFPs” page. Interested parties shall submit information as specified in the Request for Proposals to the City of Bismarck before 4:00 PM Central Time on March 11, 2016. Until the final award by the Bismarck City Commission, said Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise, to proceed otherwise when the best interest of said Commission will be realized herein. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of at least 180 days after the actual date of opening thereof. Note: A vendor pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 19, 2016 at 1:00 PM Central Time. The conference will be hosted via teleconference as noted in the RFP.
